  • If you want to order a sample to know the color and / or quality beforehand, then you can.
  • If it is possible to order a sample of a product you can do that on the product page.
  • You add a sample to your order when you click on the "Add Sample" button.
  • The sample you will receive is about eight to four centimeters in size.
  • If you order samples only, we will send the samples by mail. The shipping costs to send your samples by mail are: € 1.95.
  • The maximum number of samples you can order each time is 5 pieces.
  • Products that are in stock we usually ship on the same day. It may be that your package will be sent a day later.
  • It may occur that an ordered fabric is no longer in stock. If that happens you will receive an email from us with the new delivery date. Fortunately, this almost never happens because we keep all our fabrics in stock.
  • Please note: There is no delivery on holidays and delivery is subject to details such as: busy days around holidays, strikes or special weather conditions.

  • There is a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and ,if possible, in original packaging.
  • The cost to return the order are for the customer's account.
  • We will credit the amount within 14 days.
  • You can register your return on your order page.
  • The Entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the Consumer, including any delivery costs that the Consumer may charge for the returned product, as soon as possible but within 14 days following the day on which the Consumer notified him of the withdrawal. Unless the Entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he can wait with paying back until having received the product or until the Consumer proved that he returned the product, whichever occurs first. The Entrepreneur shall make use of the same means of payment that the Consumer used, unless the Consumer consents to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the Consumer.
  • A fault in your fabric is always annoying. Fortunately, it almost never occurs because we carefully check the fabric. If there is a fault in the fabric contact us by email. Send a picture so we can also see what you're talking about. We will then find a suitable solution for your problem.
  • Did you not receive a part of your order or is there something else wrong? Please send us an email with your problem and we will be happy to help you solve the problem.
  • Caution!: If something is wrong with your ordered fabric please contact us immediately. As soon as the fabric has been cut we can’t do anything for you.
  • Of course, it's not nice if you have experienced something that you have a complaint about. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass your complaint trough the email to the customer service department.
  • Our employees in the customer service department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.
